2/3 cup caramel ice coffee concentrate – chilled
1 pint slightly softened vanilla ice cream
Mixing It All Up
Combined the slightly softened ice cream with the chilled coffee concentrate as well as the pinch of salt and cinnamon in a blender. Use medium – high speed until the ingredients form a smooth milkshake. Divide the milkshake between the chilled glasses and enjoy dressing each up by adding a scoop of whipped cream, caramel sauce and some chocolate bits.

1 cup of strongly brewed coffee – cold
