Two of America’s largest doughnut & coffee suppliers are battling it out again during the Halloween season. Krispy Kreme was the 1st to announce the return of their adored product, Mini Crullers – Pumpkin Spice Flavour. This product has been availably regularly for consumers during the Halloween holidays, with Krispy Kreme often outselling stock at retail locations across America.
Krispy Kreme’s Pumpkin Spice Mini Crullers were first introduced in 2016 & have been found at retailers like Walmart, Target, and Good Foods. It should be clarified that these delicious treats are available for less than two months & those wanting to try them, shouldn’t hesitate to purchase an 11-Ounce Bag from their local grocery provider.
The Pumpkin Spice Mini Crullers from Krispy Kreme isn’t the exclusive product that was released with this flavour profile. The doughnut supplier also confirmed that the “Krispy Kreme Pumpkin Spiced Donut” is returning for the Halloween holidays.
Dunkin’s Halloween Beer
The Harpoon Brewery has partnered again with Dunkin’ to innovate a new alcoholic product for the Halloween season. This comes after this partnership has previously created the “Harpoon Dunkin Coffee Porter” and “Harpoon Dunkin Summer Coffee Pale Ale”. Profits for both beverages were surprisingly beyond expectations, allowing for the creation of new products to be introduced. Below are the products Harpoon Brewery & Dunkin’ Donuts are releasing for Halloween.
- Harpoon Dunkin Pumpkin: This beverage focuses on the flavour profiling associated with pumpkin lattes. Spiced Latte Ale is added with pumpkin pie spices and small pieces of chopped pumpkin. It supports a 5.2% alcohol percentage.Harpoon Dunkin Boston Kreme: Cacao Nibs & Boston Kreme Donuts from Dunkin are infused with a pale ale. Cream spices are also implemented with the 4.3% alcohol percentage.
- Harpoon Dunkin Coffee Porter: Consumers will receive the flavour profiles of chocolate, toffee, and caramel with this alcoholic beverage. There’s an ABC percentage of 6% with this beverage, the highest alcohol content of the four drinks released.
- Harpoon Dunkin Jelly Donut: Real Jelly Donuts from Dunkin’ Donuts are infused with Raspberry puree and citrus juice. These flavours are infused with an IPA that maintains an alcohol percentage of 5.7%.
